What could be causing the problem?
This is generally caused by the network switch detecting too much power being used an cutting off power to the port.
Slim enclosures that are far away from the switch or certain lighted enclosures can trigger this.
It can be remedied by increasing the power allocated to that particular port.

Practice shows that the new Apple charging is silent in 99% of cases: the squeak in their work occurs only after careless operation.
You can simply damage the high-frequency transformer or its fasteners physically. One bad hit or fall may be enough to do this.
At the same time, the power supply will be in perfect order visually, and there may be no visible damage at all.
Another thing is fake power supplies or cheap charging without certification.
