Royalties for Mobile Devices
Target-Ring and any other devices receiving power and/or data using MagTarget IP
Annual fee: $0 (nil)
Product Registration Fee:
$0 when using MagTarget supplied Target-Ring insert. This option does requires self-certification document signed and submitted.
$2,500 when manufacturing own connector according to MagTarget guidelines (No fee if a substantially similar product has already been approved, although it still need self-certification document signed and submitted)
Royalty rate per product sold:
$0 (nil) if the product and packaging display “Powered by MagTarget”
Target-Dock and any other devices sending power and/or data using MagTarget IP
Annual fee: $5,000
Product Registration Fee:
$0 when using MagTarget supplied Target-Dock Insert. This option does requires self-certification document signed and submitted.
$2,500 when manufacturing own connector according to MagTarget guidelines (No fee if a substantially similar product has already been approved, although it still need self-certification document signed and submitted)
Royalty rate per product sold:
$0.05 if the product and packaging display “Powered by MagTarget”
